BZAW3 and B935 KEY COMPONENTS OF AB MAURI MANUFACTURING PROCESSES
In the last 10 years, in Casteggio site, we have made important investments. In the last 5 years over 40 million euros have been invested in cutting-edge technologies, including innovative systems dedicated to the heart of the yeast production process: fermentation.
The contribution of Bardiani Valvole was crucial in this investment. In fact, sanitary valves play a key role in many of our processes, including the sterilization of molasses, the separation of yeast creams, Cleaning In Place systems and yeast storage tanks.
Bardiani valves, individually identified by their tag, are a fundamental component of these automated systems.
In the last years 2 valve models have been selected and widely used: BZAW3 and B935.
BZAW3 is used in our CIPs on yeast cream circuits; It is a double seal valve, which guarantees us a safe separation between the passing fluids. 9 years after installation, it still proves to be extremely robust and easy to maintain.
The B935 is a tank outlet mixproof valve with complete guaranteed drainage. It has been used on the drainage line of molasses sterilization tanks, where it is essential to maintain the hygiene of the filling and emptying pipes.
